In 2000, First Northern Credit Union started forming our deep roots in the Streeterville community when Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s credit union became a part of First Northern Credit Union. Then, in 2003, we grew further when Northwestern University’s employee credit union joined us as well. Seven years later in 2010, we outgrew our Erie Street location and moved our Streeterville branch into its present location on Fairbanks Court, and in 2017 we expanded our field of membership allowing us to serve anyone who lives or works in Streeterville.

Today, we serve more than 23,000 member-owners in northern Illinois, and hold more than $350 million in assets. We are safe, strong, and ready to serve YOU!
